HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

Well, on a much lighter note than my last post....I had a great weekend.  Friday was my last football game and we lost.  After the game, Justin, me, Blake, Christie, Brianna, Klint, and Mathew went to Ginger and Wes`s haunted trail.  It was so much fun!!  Saturday morning, my mom, Justin, and I went to the hospital to see my grandma.  After that, we came home and just kinda hung around the rest of the night.  I decided to straighten up my room...put up all my summer clothes and break out the winter ones.  Yesterday morning, we got up and went to Waffle House and ate breakfast.  We then went to the hospital to spend some time with my grandma.

Please pray for my grandma, as well as the rest of my family.  She has cancer, and pneumonia, and is not doing well at all.  She doesn`t know who I am, or the rest of the family, and has not for about a week. Her oxygen intake has decreased dramatically and she sometimes has to struggle to breathe. She looks so uncomfortable lying there in that bed, I just want to pick her up and take her home with me.  I wish that the Lord will reach down and touch her and make her all better.  But if that is not the Lord`s will, please pray for us to be strong.

Anyway's, I really don`t have much more to say so leave me some comments!!

There are just a few things that are on my mind tonight:

Have ya'll ever known someone who has no authority or life to speak of evidently and is suddenly entrusted with a little authority and that person's head swells up the size of a beach ball or something to the point you can hardly stomach the person. OMG!!  Talk about wanting to HURL!! I am sooo sick of this one person and this situation but thank God I only have about two more weeks to put up with it.  All I know is someone has created one ugly monster.  Furthermore, it's not like 2 billion other people haven't walked the same road before this person and walked it with a lot more dignity, GRACE, and acceptance of the responsibility put before them.  BIG DEAL...been there, done that, got a dang t-shirt!!!!

A quote for this person:    

"He who knows himself a braggart,
Let him fear this, for it will come to pass
that every braggart shall be found an ass."                                                             

I know a few of you will know who I'm talking about and to the rest of you, you wouldn't care anyway.  But having said that and puked about 3 times, I now feel better.  Oh, Love y'all!!!              ~~Kathryn  <3

A few more things that I've been thinking about and would like to add: 

I know you have all heard the saying that you can tell what a person is by the way she acts when she thinks no one is watching.  That is soooo true.  Also, I'd like to say when you're part of a team, other people are depending on you...some may even be looking up to you.  You shnould try your best not to let them down. That is part of what makes a good leader.  Lying is NOT a sign of good leadership.

The Lord works in mysterious ways is also a true saying.  My mom told me that when someone wrongs you or you see them wrong someone else, that if you sit and watch, things will make a full circle.  That person usually ends up reaping what they sow. That is also true. I've seen it happen.

I've become pretty good at just keeping my mouth shut and listening and watching and I've learned that by doing that, you can smell a turd long before others even have a clue to the fact that they're being crapped on.  Anyway, the bottom line is this...If you are treating others the way you want to be treated, you can lay your head down at night without worrying.  And if you're not doing that, and can lay your head down with no problem, you've got some SERIOUS problems and don't even know it.

Hello!!  How is everyone tonight?  I`m ok.  Well, this was my weekend: Friday, Justin and I rented The Man of the House and came back here and watched it with mama.  It was really good.  It was kind of a chick flick but it also had some action stuff in it too, so we both liked it.  Sat. I woke up really sick so I didn't go to the game, I just laid around and rested most of the day.  Then, that night, we went out to eat in WR with my meme, mom, and Justin.  Sunday, Justin, mom, dad, and I went over to my mema`s house and ate cake and ice cream for my dad`s birthday.  Today, I started feeling really sick during lunch, with a real bad head ache and feeling nauseated, but I went home and took a nap then I felt ok.  Well, sorry this is a short post but I`m watching Nancy Grace...leave comments!!

Well....this week has been alright, but thank God tom. is Friday!!!!!!  I`ve been in kind of a puny mood all week.  Do ya`ll ever have days like that?  When you just don`t really feel yourself.  I`m usually really bubbly but I haven`t really felt like having fun.  I don`t know what`s wrong.  My throat has been hurting alot lately, so I might be coming down with something.  Anyway's...on a lighter note, we had to act like we were married in Psychology yesterday.  I was married to David Arnold, and we had to make up a marriage contract with stuff like who would pay the bills, take care of the kids, do housework, etc.  It was different...but fun.

 We don`t have a game tom. night, it got changed to Sat. so I finally get to have a free Friday!!  We only have 3 more football games so I`m starting to get sad.  But I`ve decided not to cheer for basketball season, and I`m kind of relieved for it to be almost over.  I love cheerleading, I`ve done it since I was very little, but it`s just not as fun as it used to be.  I think I`m just getting tired of it since I`ve done it so long.  But I love all of my team mates and I`m doing to miss ya`ll!!!  But anyway's, I think me and Justin might go see a movie tom. night.  It`s his turn to pick so we`ll probably be seeing some stupid movie, lol j/k!!

Well,  I`m going to finish watching Nancy Grace.  Sorry if this post has been boring....but leave me comments anyway.
